Shipping Return Policy

Returns on stock items (not custom made to order) may be accepted up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. All returns must be requested through the email support@racindustries.com

Do not attempt to return an item without a return authorization email . Failure to obtain this written approval may result in processing delays or in the return request being denied. RAC Industries is not liable for any items returned without prior written approval.

There is a 30% restocking fee applied to all approved returns. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping. All returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Returned items must be received in like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Custom-made products and special orders cannot be returned. Custom-made products include, but are not limited to, Custom made Curtains, Strip Curtains, Freestanding Curtains ect.

If you agree to the terms above and would like to request a return, please fill out the "Submit A Return Request" form. If your order is approved for return, you will be emailed a Return Authorization Packing Slip that must be printed out and included with the returned item(s).

Please allow up to 2 business days for a response to all return requests.
